Job Title and Company Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Consolidated Computer Services Location Roman Bank, Skegness, Lincolnshire. Occasional cover at Holly Road, Skegness. Salary £38,000 – £43,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience). Job Type Full‑time. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and infrastructure. Ensure all work is logged accurately in the maintenance management system (MMS). Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives. Work closely with operations and production teams to minimise downtime. Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with company and industry standards. Essential Qualifications Time‑served apprenticeship or relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3/4, HNC/HND). Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical engineering. Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving abilities. Knowledge of PLCs, motors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems. Flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Desirable Qualifications Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance management systems. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Mitsubishi PLC knowledge and experience. IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
