You'll drive the implementation of features for FoundOS, our next‑generation SaaS platform that revolutionises care home management. You’ll work across our full stack (TypeScript, Node.js, React, Kubernetes) and experiment extensively with AI. What does this role involve? Build high‑impact features for FoundOS, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams. Write clean, well‑tested code that ships daily. Collaborate with Product and Design to contribute to feature decisions based on care provider needs. Experiment with AI tools and integrations to enhance workflows. Contribute to platform evolution and improve developer experience. Participate in our culture of continuous improvement. What problems will you be solving? Integrate AI to automate tasks, provide transcriptions and predictive analysis for care providers. Develop core FoundOS modules for enquiry tracking, residency occupancy, and billing. Create seamless integrations with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and care planning systems. Build dashboards for reporting and analytics that optimise operations and resident outcomes.
