You will be expected to react with your own initiative to sometimes complex, controversial and political incidents that cover not only flood risk management, but sometimes other environmental issues - are you prepared to 'get stuck in' and be part of a wider team of leaders?In addition, you will also be expected to deliver one of our Duty Incident Management roles, likely communication and engagement cell lead.The teamThe role sits within the new RMA and Environment Project Development Delivery Team, part the Partnerships and Strategic Overview team in our FCRM department. This team focuses on the development and delivery of projects lead by RMAs and where nature-based solutions are the approach to increasing resilience to catchments and communities.
