We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee all daily finished prop operations, ensuring the efficient flow of products from cleaning and preparation to packing and loading. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of inventory management, cleanliness, and team safety. Key Responsibilities Inventory and Stock Management: Oversee the Props & Stock department, including the management of quarantined and damaged stock. Report all instances of damaged stock in Current for communication to the Sales team and ensure these items are moved to the designated quarantine section. Conduct thorough inspections of all returned decor items, ensuring accurate counting and proper shelving. Implement yearly full stocktakes and quality control assessments to maintain inventory accuracy and product standards. Mark all lost items as ‘Written Off’ in Current and notify the Product Master. Logistics and Operations: Handle packing and wrapping of goods for storage or transport, ensuring all products going out are properly wrapped. Organise and prep picking lists for efficient inventory management and notify the specific Account Manager of any issues. Supervise the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure the safe handling of items. Ensure all jobs are equipped with necessary flight cases, trolleys, and wrapping materials such as blankets or bubble wrap. Account for and reconcile all returned items, including tools, equipment, decor, screws, and bolts, against the picking list and supply a lost and/or damaged list. Team Management and Communication: Manage the warehouse team, ensuring all Health and Safety compliance requirements are met, including the provision of appropriate PPE and maintaining current licenses. Facilitate effective communication with the Warehouse team, Product Master, and Central Hub Manager. Oversee the populating of the Lost Damages board on Asana. Safety and Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the prop department and of the props themselves. Ensure all Fire Doors are kept clear from the props side of the warehouse. Oversee all PAT testing with the Electricians and ensure all records are filed correctly. Ensure all returned decor comes into the warehouse (if there is a spacing issue, inform the operations meeting). Keep the shutters closed when not in use. Candidate Profile and Requirements The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with proven experience in warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. Experience with inventory management software (specifically “Current” is a plus) is highly desirable. Key Skills Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team to meet operational deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and productivity. Logistics & Inventory Control: Deep knowledge of inventory management principles, logistics, and warehouse operations, particularly within a high-volume, dynamic environment. Health & Safety Compliance: Strong commitment to, and knowledge of, warehouse safety regulations (e.g., proper manual handling, PPE, fire safety, and PAT testing requirements). Problem‑Solving: Excellent analytical and critical‑thinking skills to quickly identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions. Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, the CEO, Product Master, and Account Managers. Organisation & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail for accurate stocktaking, reconciliation, and managing complex picking lists. Technical Proficiency Warehouse/Asset Management System: Proficiency in using inventory or rental management software is essential, with experience in Current RMS being highly advantageous. Project/Task Management Software: Experience using platforms like Asana for managing team tasks and reporting damages/lost items.
