At Nilfisk, we are one of the UK's leading suppliers of industrial cleaning equipment, and we need someone to help us keep our clients' machines in tip-top shape. As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be working on customer sites throughout West/East Sussex and surrounding areas, making sure that everything is running smoothly.

Your role will involve completing all repairs within contracted service level agreements, which means you'll be making follow-up calls to install additional parts, performing Portable Appliance Tests (PAT), and carrying out scheduled planned maintenance services.

We'll equip you with everything you need – a van, mobile phone, iPad, uniform, and even training And the best part – you'll only be working weekdays

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of a Field Service Engineer include, but are not limited to:

  • Always follow all workplace procedures correctly, including Health and Safety rules and technician procedures.
  • Capture correct client data and make updates to jobs in real-time.
  • Provide accurate and detailed reports on every site visit.
  • Order parts via our central database and maintain van stock levels.
  • Uphold the condition of the company vehicle to an extremely high standard.
