You will be a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.Your MissionLead and participate in the full lifecycle of D365 projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Develop custom solutions within D365 F&O (Finance and Operations) to meet specific business needs in the retail industry.Configure and customize D365 modules relevant to finance.Integrate D365 with other business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, e-commerce platforms).Technical ExpertisePossess deep technical understanding of D365 architecture, development frameworks (X++, .NET), and data management.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.Stay current with the latest D365 features, updates, and industry trends.Solution DesignTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.Propose and evaluate different technical solutions to address complex finance challenges.Contribute to the overall architecture and design of D365 solutions.Teamwork and MentorshipCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers.Share knowledge and best practices with the team.Problem Solving and SupportTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 implementations.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing D365 systems.Proactively identify and address potential system performance bottlenecks.Your Story6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 development and implementation, with a specific focus on the retail industry.Strong proficiency in X++, TypeScript, .NET, C#, and related technologies.Experience with D365 F&O modules relevant to finance (GL, AP, AR, etc.).Knowledge of D365 data management and integration tools.Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira or similar tools for source control and CI/CD.Understanding of finance business processes (e.g., accounting, controlling, financial planning & reporting).Meet The TeamYou will be part of a highly specialized D365 F&O team that implements features from design to deployment, being responsible and in charge of the full process and delivery.
