Applicants will need to be able to prioritise their workload effectively in order to ensure works are completed to agreed deadlines and to a high standard. You will be covering sites across: Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Maldon, Chelmsford, Billericay, Wickford, Grays, Tilbury, Romford, Rainham, Barking, Ilford, Epping, Enfield, Harlow, Potters Bar, Erith, Dartford, Gravesend, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Snodland, Sevenoaks, Caterham, Croydon, Mitcham, Epsom Suton, Twickenham, Hounslow, Southall, Redhill, Oxted, Crawley. Experience / Qualifications Must be qualified with the BOHS P402, P403 & P404, or RSPH equivalents Will have strong experience undertaking the full range of analytical and surveying duties Ideally will have worked within a UKAS accredited company Excellent technical knowledge, including the UKAS, HSG 248 and HSG 264 Good literacy and numeracy skills IT literate The Role Undertaking management, refurbishment, demoliton asbestos surveys Conducting 4 Stage Clearances Carrying out leak, background, personal, re-occupation air testing Writing comprehensive survey and analytical reports Wearing correct PPE on sites Adhering to compliance guidelines and ensuring removals projects are run safely Meeting with clients on site to discuss findings Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
