At Care New England, we’re looking for dedicated Home Health Aides/CNAs to join our team and provide essential care that supports dignity, comfort, and healing. What You’ll Do: As a key member of our care team, you’ll work under the supervision of a Case Manager to deliver direct personal care and support to patients at home. You’ll help patients with daily living activities, provide companionship, and monitor their condition—while keeping the care team informed every step of the way.
