Senior Ecologist – Worthing, West Sussex We are a growing firm in Lizard Landscape Design & Ecology, seeking a Senior Ecologist to join our Worthing office on the Sussex coast. You’ll work with landscape architects, planners and arboricultural specialists on diverse projects across multiple sectors. What You’ll Be Doing Leading surveys, technical reports and licence applications. Preparing mitigation strategies and reviewing ecological work. Liaising confidently with clients and project teams. Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues. Contributing to varied and meaningful projects across the region. Qualifications Full (or eligible) CIEEM membership. At least one protected species licence, ideally bat and/or dormouse. Experience with PEA, EcIA, BNG calculations and UKHab assessments. Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
