Responsibilities include: Leading the FP&A function, developing best‑in‑class processes, models, and reporting. Business partnering with operational and commercial teams, translating data into meaningful insight. Delivering budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, and performance analysis. Challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategic decision‑making. Enhancing reporting tools and dashboards to support financial and operational visibility. Coaching and developing junior team members as the function continues to grow. What we’re looking for: A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with FP&A or commercial finance experience. Exceptional analytical and modelling skills, with confidence in influencing senior leaders. Someone forward‑thinking, proactive, and adaptable, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. A passion for continuous improvement and a desire to make a real impact. What’s on offer: Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience. Hybrid and flexible working, typically 2–3 days in the office.
