Responsibilities Deliver engaging product presentations and software demonstrations to potential clients. Understand client needs and map solutions effectively to their workflows and business processes. Support the sales cycle with follow-ups and client engagement throughout the decision-making process. Attend trade shows, webinars, and industry events to showcase their solutions. Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities and customer interactions. Qualifications Strong knowledge of business process outsourcing and AI Solutions in commercial and/or production environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Comfortable with both business-level and technical-level conversations. Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Desire to grow a long-term career within sales or pre-sales. Confidence to learn and present a sophisticated product (full product training provided).
