Children's Residential Support Worker (RSW)Company: My Home Industries Private LimitedLocation: NottinghamSalary: £12.21 per hour; £25,350 per annum exclusive of sleeps; £62.64 per sleep.Job Type: Full TimeJob Description: We are seeking dynamic youth mentors to engage, guide and positively influence the lives of children and young people in our care. As a Residential Support Worker, you will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can develop essential life skills and achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:Supervision of the young people in our care.Safeguarding the young people in our care.Promote the education of our young people.Promote their independence skills.Undertake relevant training.Accurately record incidents and report writing.Support your team.Qualifications and Requirements:Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.Eligible to work in the UK.Experience supporting children is desirable; passion for working with children is essential.Holding an L3 or equivalent in Children & Young People is desirable but not essential; support will be provided to progress through L3, L4, or L5.All successful applicants must undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure or provide evidence of being on the updated service.Note: This role requires a minimum of eight sleep‑in shifts per month.
