In this role, you will be enabling people with a learning disability or autism to “live their best life” – empowering people with their daily living skills and accessing the community; reaching their goals and realising their aspirations.This role is to support the Care Manager and staff team in the day-to-day operations and to work as a proactive and effective member of the team, continuously striving towards the best possible outcomes for the PWS. The Team Leader will ensure the administrative and care needs of the PWS and monitor, mentor and guide the support team in accordance with regulatory and organisational policies and procedures. The Team Leader will perform care management duties and care and support duties and be based primarily in the community with office working as directed.RatedOutstandingwith CQC, Saracen Care is the provider of choice for people with general and complex needs.
