The Role You’ll handle a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work, including: Business sales and acquisitions Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Structuring joint ventures and partnerships Advising on de‑mergers and company restructures Navigating shareholder agreements and disputes Candidate Requirements We’re keen to hear from candidates who bring: At least 5 years’ PQE, with an existing client following and the drive to build your own caseload A collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for growing the department A proactive approach to networking, marketing, and business development Availability to work from the Salisbury office at least three days a week This is a brilliant chance to shape your future in a role that blends autonomy, challenge, and growth right in the heart of Salisbury’s business community.
