Reeson Education is partnering with a highly respected and inclusive primary school in Barnet that is seeking several committed and dependable graduates to join their team as Teaching Assistants from January 2026.

Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils across KS1 and KS2.

Assist children with a variety of special educational needs to help them engage fully with the curriculum.

Deliver targeted interventions and run nurture groups for children with additional needs.

Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to maintain a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.

A reliable and proactive team player, able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

Experienced in working with primary-aged children with special needs

Relevant child based experience.
