Overview ACCOUNT MANAGER Our client is expanding their friendly and professional sales team, and they are seeking a highly motivated individual to manage and assist in the management of client portfolios, fostering existing customer relationships and building new opportunities whilst reflecting the company’s culture and passion for their wonderful, sustainable product. Responsibilities Maintain an excellent knowledge of product ranges, customers, competitors, and any industry activity. Manage and update the company CRM system; support the sales team in administrative duties; assist in maximising the sales opportunities for the business. Research and assist in opening new account opportunities; monitor and report on account performance in weekly reviews; proactively contribute and support B2B communications, product launches and promotions. Attend/host trade fairs and exhibitions. Assist the company Sales Representatives with administration and ensure that the CRM database is up to date and that activities are recorded. Qualifications Ideally you will have a working knowledge and exposure to the retail sector and have Account Management experience. Strong communicator with superb customer service skills and the ability to build relationships. Local to the Kingston area and keen to progress within an established company with a fabulous product. Educated to UK A-Level or equivalent. CAR OWNER/DRIVER ESSENTIAL FOR CLIENT VISITS AND TRADE FAIRS. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, OFFICE BASED, NOT HYBRID. Salary: £Negotiable.
