Overview We are looking for a Trust Grade Doctor who would be interested in joining the team as Trauma Governance Clinical Fellow. Developing skills in critical care is a key part of becoming a well‑rounded intensive care clinician. This fellowship offers a unique insight into trauma and combines clinical work on the Adult Critical Care Unit (ACCU) with dedicated time for major trauma governance. Responsibilities Join a multi‑specialty governance team (critical care, trauma surgery, anaesthesia, emergency medicine, and prehospital medicine) and participate in weekly consultant‑led Trauma Case Review and M&M meetings. Present cases and contribute to the educational outputs arising from the governance process.
