About the Role As a Health & Social Care Lecturer, you will: Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across BTEC and vocational Health & Social Care programmes. Plan, prepare, and assess learner work in line with awarding body requirements. Support students in developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for careers in health, social care, and related sectors. Contribute to curriculum development and maintain high standards of teaching and learning. Work closely with the wider curriculum and support teams to ensure strong student outcomes. Qualifications Experience teaching Health & Social Care (FE/College or post-16 settings ideal). Strong industry knowledge – nursing, midwifery, NHS or social care backgrounds highly welcomed. A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
