Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Russian Travel Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting lients with their travel plans, providing tailored travel solutions, managing bookings, and ensuring an exceptional travel experience. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and clients to deliver seamless inbound travel services.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Inbound Client Management:
⦁ Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients, assisting them with travel inquiries and providing tailored travel solutions.
⦁ Offer expert advice on destinations, tours, transportation, accommodations, activities and excursions based on clients' preferences and interests.
⦁ Process and manage travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
⦁ Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, making any necessary adjustments to bookings.

Travel Arrangements:
⦁ Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, hotel accommodations, tours, excursions for UK travel arrangements.
⦁ Provide detailed itineraries and travel documents to clients, ensuring all logistical elements are in place.
⦁ Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests for clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Supplier Coordination:
⦁ Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers, tour operators, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth bookings and service delivery.
⦁ Negotiate and secure competitive rates, packages, and offers for clients.
⦁ Customer Service & Issue Resolution:
⦁ Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, from initial inquiry through to post-travel follow-up.
⦁ Resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
⦁ Identify opportunities to upsell additional services, such as tours, excursions, and upgrades, to enhance the client experience.

⦁ Experience:
⦁ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inbound travel, sales, or customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
⦁ Experience in managing travel bookings, advising clients on travel options, and using booking systems.

⦁ Technical Skills:
⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
⦁ Quick to adapt to new software and technologies.
⦁ Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
⦁ Sales & Negotiation: Experience in sales or a strong ability to upsell additional services, products, and upgrades.
⦁ Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
⦁ Cultural Sensitivity: Knowledge of Russian culture and travel preferences, with an ability to customize travel experiences for Russian-speaking clients.
