OverviewPortfolio Credit Control are currently partnered with a reputable business based in the heart of Manchester. We are recruiting an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join a successful and expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a major player and clear career development.ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for your own daily call schedule of overdue client accountsHandle payment and service queries principally by telephone, but also by email and letterProvide "Super Duper Service" when engaging with the client, handling client enquiries and recording notes on our systems to maintain accurate and timely recordsProcess debit/credit card paymentsLiaise with Client Experience and Client Retention departmentsDrive greater collaboration with the Relationship Management team to reduce invoice payment timesReview old debtor balances with the team and develop an action plan to reduce overdue balancesWhat you bring to the teamAccountability for the overall performance of the teamAdherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for internal and external stakeholdersExcellent Client Engagement, Cash Collection, Rescheduling Arrears, Direct Debit coverage, Outbound Call targets, Debtor Days, Collection Efficiencies, Aged Debt movementsPreference for picking up the phone and speaking to clients over emailing themStrong attendance and punctualityAmbitious with determination to succeedEnthusiastic approach to coaching and developmentBenefits25 days' holiday, plus bank holidaysDay off on your birthdayCash plan for you (and your children, if any)Holiday entitlement increases after 2 and 5 years’ serviceContractual sick payPrivate medical insurance after 5 years’ servicePension Plan and Life Insurance (pension contributions increase after 5 and 7 years’ service)Holiday season bonus after 3 years’ serviceProfit share schemeSeason ticket loanCycle to work schemeAccess to Employee Assistance ProgrammeCompany incentives and discount schemesSocial sessions on the last Friday of the month with complimentary food and drinksFree 24/7 onsite gym #J-18808-Ljbffr
