Virtual Testing Assistant – Part Time Worthing, West Sussex – Hybrid Part Time - 26 hours per week - Permanent £17,670.64 Please note: this role is known internally as "Customer at Home Health Coach". A typical day is this role will be.. You’ll be responsible for sending out the virtual meeting invites for your appointments booked for the day (this can be anything up to 15 per day). During each meeting you will be explaining the purpose of the capillary blood collection procedure and carrying out video call-based appointments with our partners and customers to gather biometric data and assist them in obtaining blood samples. For each virtual meeting, you will ensure you are on time, in uniform, and that all various administrative duties are done; this can include confirmation of identity, marking appointments as attended or unattended, ensuring the clients paperwork is fully completed for their blood samples to be sent, booking re-screens, and entering client data into our systems correctly and performing upgrades where required. You will also be responsible for performing aftercare calls with the customers to discuss the results of their tests. The Hours Part time Permanent 26 hours per week. Hybrid – 1 days per week in the Worthing Office. Hours of working will be Tuesday - 8am-5pm, Thursday - 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-5.30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
