Salary: £38,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

About the Role:

We're working with a leading facilities management provider who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their static team in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a portfolio of high-profile commercial properties within the region.

The role involves a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, with responsibilities split between electrical work and general building services tasks.

About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across commercial sites

*

Electrical duties including:

*

Emergency lighting tests and inspections

*

Fire alarm testing and basic fault diagnosis

*

Minor repairs such as socket replacements and lamp changes

*

General building maintenance including:

*

Water hygiene checks and legionella prevention

*

Air Handling Unit (AHU) maintenance

*

Basic plumbing (e.g. tap repairs, minor leaks)

*

Sprinkler testing and plant room inspections

*

Maintain clear and accurate records, reports, and risk assessments

*

Identify and escalate potential issues before they become critical

*

Comply with all health & safety regulations and site procedures

*

Build strong working relationships with clients and site contacts
