You’ll combine strong leadership and people skills with commercial awareness and the drive to exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Achieve departmental New & Used car sales targets and drive profitability through performance and process excellence. Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing sales team focused on results and retention. Manage budgets, manufacturer KPIs, and stakeholder expectations with precision. Ensure compliance with all manufacturer standards, FCA regulations, and company processes. Champion an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the buying journey. The Ideal Candidate Proven track record as a Sales Manager within an established franchised dealer. Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching abilities. Commercially astute, target‑driven, and passionate about customer satisfaction. A natural motivator with high standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
