This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, discretion, and experience in luxury household management. Properties: East Sussex Estate: Main house (10 bedrooms, 7 reception rooms, gym, chefs’ kitchen, cinema room, 10 bathrooms, 19 toilets, boot room, terraces and balconies), guest house (7 beds, 6 bathrooms, 1 reception, 2 kitchens), and cottage (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) London Property: Staff apartments, garage, and storage quarters Key Responsibilities Daily cleaning and maintenance of all houses, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and window cleaning Cleaning and maintenance of all external furniture, including BBQs When family is in residence: bed linen and towel changes, laundry and ironing, care of fine fabrics, packing and unpacking, ensuring all rooms are clean and organised If guest house is rented: full clean and linen change at the end of tenancy Cooking & Meal Preparation Preparing meals for family and guests (10+ pax) when family is in residence Menu planning, grocery shopping, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen Breakfast, lunch, and dinner service General Household Management Running errands and managing household inventories (cleaning products, toiletries, etc.)li> Overseeing property maintenance and coordinating with service providers and contractors Supporting projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Driving & Vehicle Care Airport and other transfers for the family Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of all vehicles Staff Accommodation (London) Maintaining staff quarters, storage areas, and garage Travel to London once every two weeks to manage accommodation Travel Occasional travel with the family as required Candidate Requirements Previous experience in luxury household or estate management Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently Discreet, professional, and trustworthy Full UK driving licence Comfortable with occasional long hours, weekends, and travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
