Our client, a leading security technology specialist, is looking for an ambitious Junior Business Development Representative to join their team in Bracknell. This is a great opportunity to grow your sales career by helping to connect businesses with advanced, cloud-based security solutions. Position Overview As a Junior Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients. Your main goal is to generate interest in the company's security services, including CCTV and Access Control. You will create a strong pipeline of qualified leads, playing a key part in driving the company's growth. Responsibilities Identify and engage with prospective clients across various industries. Build professional relationships via phone calls and Teams meetings. Book four qualified appointments each week for Sales Executives. Educate prospects on the benefits of cloud-based security solutions. Achieve and exceed your monthly and quarterly sales targets. Manage your client interaction pipeline using CRM systems. Work with internal teams to help shape effective sales campaigns. Requirements Previous experience in a telesales or business development role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to build rapport with people quickly and effectively. Comfortable using CRM systems, Teams, and LinkedIn for outreach. A resilient and ambitious person with a strong work ethic. Experience selling SaaS or Cloud technology is an advantage. Familiarity with commercial security is a plus, but not essential.
