Are you a passionate and dynamic Drama Teacher looking for a short-term opportunity to make a real impact?
Here at Aspire People, we are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive team at a secondary school located in Corby, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher, ECT, or an unqualified teacher with experience teaching drama to bring their creativity and teaching skills to an engaging Drama department.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and 4
* 12 Drama lessons per week with the remaining timetable supporting as General Cover
* Foster a love for the arts and develop students' confidence, creativity, and performance skills.
* Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
* Assess, monitor, and support students' progress through regular feedback and evaluations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
* Contribute to extra-curricular activities, including school productions, drama clubs, and other school events.

The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified or unqualified Drama Teacher with a passion for inspiring students to explore and develop their artistic potential.
* A strong communicator with the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Experience in teaching Drama at Key Stage 3 and 4; experience at Key Stage 5 is a bonus.
* Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* A positive attitude and commitment to helping students achieve their personal best.
* A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
