As a Team Manager you’ll have real accountability and ownership, shaping your team’s development and delivering a fast, efficient, enjoyable customer experience. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store. Responsible for an allocated section or department – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, visual impact and sales. Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required. Organise, assign tasks and motivate a team of Retail Assistants. Coach the team to create an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales. Drive personal development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
