OverviewAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer/Multi skilled handyperson in Portsmouth. You will join the Static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on one multiple sites. This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week. In return you will receive:Salary up to £30,000 per annumworking 40 hours per week23+ 8 days' holidaysStatic roleNo call out rotaFull UK driving licence.Ability to work independently and proactively.ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPMs in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.Plumbing repairsPPMs and reactive maintenanceBuilding maintenanceMulti skilled personLegionella level 2Hot and Cold water systemsWater FlushingFire Alarm textingBasic lighting MaintenanceFixing lightsUnblocking toiletsManholesPlumbing DutiesFixings Roof LeaksDoor FramesFlooring RepairsChanging LightsFixing leaksWater temperature checksAll aspects of building maintenance within the facilitiesQualifications / RequirementsFull UK driving licence.Ability to work independently and proactively.Legionella level 2Experience in basic building maintenance and facilities tasksAdditional informationRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
