Client Partnerships Manager – New Business Hybrid (Dartford, 3 days in office) The salary is £40,000 (DOE) plus uncapped commission and company benefits. As a Client Partnerships Manager, you’ll: Win new business, building and converting a strong pipeline of high‑value opportunities. Drive revenue growth across a suite of multimedia products across digital, print, content, and events. Pitch confidently to clients and agencies, shaping clear proposals aligned to objectives. Develop relationships with new clients and identify opportunities to grow accounts through cross‑platform solutions. Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to create campaigns that perform. Stay on top of market trends, sector developments, and campaign performance to keep your approach sharp and relevant. What we’re looking for: Strong, proven sales experience, with a track record of delivering and exceeding revenue targets. Confidence in building a new business pipeline, keeping it moving, and closing high‑value opportunities. A consultative approach: you listen well, ask questions, and match client needs to the right solution. Strong communication skills, including the confidence to present to senior decision‑makers and build credibility quickly. Commercial awareness and curiosity: you pay attention to what’s happening in the market and what clients are trying to achieve. Solid organisation and attention to detail: you can manage multiple priorities and follow through reliably. Comfortable working with digital products and using data or performance insight to shape conversations; you do not need to be a specialist, but you enjoy learning and improving. An interest in manufacturing or technology, although this is not essential. Confidence discussing campaign performance, with a data‑aware mindset and curiosity for what works.
