In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager, keep the team motivated, and ensure every customer leaves with exactly what they came for and a smile. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step up and keep things running smoothly with confidence and care. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead by example, demonstrating great service and embodying the Card Factory Way. Support team growth and continuously develop your own skills. Drive store initiatives, maintain clear communication, and foster a positive, inclusive vibe. Monitor key metrics to ensure smooth operations and a thriving team. Qualifications & Skills Good leadership skills; people want to follow—positive, proactive, and full of energy. A curious nature, always learning, and eager to see the bigger picture. Create space for everyone's voice, listen with intent, and build a team where people feel they belong. Step up, stay flexible, and set the tone by getting things done.
