Warehouse Cleaner

Blue Arrow are recruiting for Warehouse Cleaners to work at a large distribution centre based in Motherwell. Key Responsibilities Sweep, mop, and vacuum warehouse floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and staff areas. Empty bins and dispose of waste safely. Dust and wipe down surfaces, shelving, and equipment. Maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Assist with spill clean‑ups and minor hazards promptly. Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors. Skills & Competencies Attention to detail and thoroughness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling. Good time management and organizational skills. Physical stamina to perform manual tasks. Qualifications & Experience Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a warehouse or industrial setting). Basic understanding of health and safety practices. Personal Attributes Reliable and punctual. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks. Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace. Working Conditions Based in warehouse environment (can include exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures). 10pm-6am 5 nights over 7. Use of cleaning equipment and protective gear.
