Bank Mental Health Nurse (RMN)/(RNLD) We are looking for a Bank Registered Mental Health (RMN) / Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) with a passion for delivering outstanding care. Shift Pattern Days shift (7:30am – 8pm) Nights shift (7:30pm – 8am) Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment and offers personalised treatment for service users with eating disorders or personality disorders across two separate wards. Our team works hard to create a cheerful, non-institutional environment, supporting individuals in their recovery and personal transformation through a range of therapies, including psychodynamic, family, occupational, art, drama and complementary therapies. We believe strongly in patient-centred care and involve our service users in shaping their own treatment and in all aspects of hospital life. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments and observations. Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit and improve quality. Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing. Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals. Administer medicines within healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines. You possess a good understanding of the latest nursing practices, are committed to patient recovery to effectively monitor, manage and reduce risk, and show compassion, resilience and a dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence.
