You’ll be responsible for carrying out general repairs, investigating and rectifying faults and completing scheduled & reactive maintenance to ensure the reliability of our assets. This role is not just about doing a job; it has a real purpose: protecting our environment and our customers. Key Responsibilities Carry out general repairs and rectify faults. Complete scheduled and reactive maintenance. Inspect, maintain and diagnose faults on large pumps, actuated valves, VSDs and 3‑phase electrical switchgear. Work with electrical control panels, motor testing, level control equipment, instrumentation, inverters, gearboxes, screw conveyors and centrifuge equipment. What does it take to be a bioresources electrician NVQ Level 3 electrical qualification (or equivalent) – e.g., 18th Edition electrical City & Guilds Level 3. Completed a relevant apprenticeship. Full UK driving licence. Demonstrable experience in inspections, maintenance and fault diagnosis, and competence in repairs to large pumps, actuated valves, VSD and 3‑phase electrical switchgear.
