EMEA Marketing Manager – Financial Advisory Services

We are currently looking to hire a Manager to join our global Marketing team, based in our London office. The individual will join our EMEA Marketing team and will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns including events, thought leadership and digital projects across all Financial Advisory business units in the EMEA region. This role will have a focus on event management and is a hands-on role.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  1. Support EMEA marketing leaders to plan, execute and manage integrated Marketing activities that are aligned to strategy and plan.
  2. Manage and execute events across EMEA including hosted, sponsored and virtual events.
  3. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with the internal Integrated marketing team including web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising.
  4. Leverage marketing activities generated across the firm and adapt to local markets.
  5. Ensure all marketing initiatives are strategic, determine success metrics, develop best approach to achieve goals and measure performance.
  6. Develop strong working relationships with service line leaders, the global Marketing team, and external suppliers to maximise our marketing efforts.
  7. Manage budget and maintain tracking of outcomes across sales and marketing metrics, including ROI.
  8. Leverage technology for effective project management and execution, including Monday.com, Salesforce, Eloqua and the full Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of marketing experience with a proven ability to plan and deliver activities across a broad range of channels and audiences. B2B or professional services marketing experience preferred.
  2. Excellent communication skills - able to listen, analyze and present complex concepts to a variety of audiences, both verbally and through clear written work.
  3. Superior attention to detail.
  4. Ability to excel in a matrix management environment under minimal supervision, while reporting results and conferring with superiors on unusual matters and seeking feedback as needed.
  5. Experience with project management systems (i.e. Monday.com).
  6. Creative and innovative, regularly sharing ideas and best practices.
  7. Some travel may be required in EMEA.
