Job Description Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Credit Controller to work in their leading facility in Telford Benefits Permanent position 8.45 am - 17.00 pm Monday to Friday Starting salary of £23,000 per annum Free parking 25 days holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Extra holiday day for your birthday The Role of the Credit Controller Ensure all debt is chased effectively and collected within contractual terms. Forecast monthly cashflow. Accurate and timely collection of invoices and allocation of cash / credits in accordance with agreed targets and KPI's. Effective query resolution and account reconciliations and recommend improvements to current processes to ensure revenue is secured and accurate. Preparation and presentation of regular debtors' reports. Promote and maintain relationships with customers and operational staff to ensure credit control standards are adhered to. What our client is looking for in a Credit Controller Proven experience in credit control, ideally a minimum of 3 years. Excellent IT skills, including Excel (essential). Sage 50 and / or SAP knowledge would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills and able to work well under pressure. High level of numerical and analytical skills and attention to detail. Focus on the timely delivery of results and able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workloads.
