This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative practice, working on high-profile property finance transactions with leading lenders and borrowers across the UK.ResponsibilitiesAdvising lenders and borrowers on structured property finance transactionsDrafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents, and related contractsManaging transactions from instruction through to completionSupporting senior lawyers on strategic deals while handling your own caseloadDelivering commercial, pragmatic advice to clients across the UKYou'll work closely with a highly regarded team and contribute to transactions with significant financial and reputational impact.Candidate RequirementsQualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQEStrong transactional real estate experience within a reputable commercial property teamProven expertise in real estate finance mattersExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsCommercially astute with a solution-driven approachCollaborative mindset and proactive client service ethosWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in Cardiff, with hybrid working supported.
