Responsibilities Work on a wide range of consumer, sensory, and behaviour research projects across the Consumer Healthcare categories – Oral Care, Over‑the‑Counter (OTC), and Wellness (depending on the role). Ensure all studies are completed according to relevant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and compliance requirements, including documentation in the online study management system. Design and execute consumer research studies, leveraging appropriate methodologies (qualitative/quantitative/hybrid) to deliver the business objectives of the research. Engage with people both internally and externally. Work with key stakeholders to get consumer studies approved, managing timelines and communications with research agencies on critical study steps such as release/shipment of test samples, recruitment of consumers, and fieldwork. Application Process Hirevue Online Assessment – a behaviour‑based online assessment/interview. Hirevue One‑Way Video Interview – focusing on motivation for joining Haleon and transferable skills. Virtual interview – a competency‑based interview that may include a case study/technical exercise. Offer – candidates will receive an outcome within two weeks following the interview. Qualifications Currently studying an Undergraduate Degree in Science (Food / Health Science, Sensory & Consumer Science, or Psychology). Basic working knowledge of statistical analysis is preferred. If you are studying for your Undergraduate Degree, you must be in your 2nd year of study (England) or 3rd year of study (Scotland) and seeking to complete a year in industry in partnership with your university. Please ensure the role is suitable for your placement year. Placement Details Join us in Weybridge for a 12‑month industrial placement, starting in July 2026. Benefits Salary of £28,860 per year.
