It’s likely that you will understand merchandising, presenting clothing, homeware and books in a way that will encourage maximum sales.It also goes without saying that you will be confident in recruiting, training and managing a team of volunteers and your part-time deputy managers.You will be working full time 5 days per week to include some Saturdays.
