As an Enterprise Architect, you will be at the forefront of innovation, guiding the organisation through complex landscape. 12‑Month contract. Up to £700 per day Inside IR35. Hybrid working Salisbury/Fareham circa 2 days per week. You must be eligible for SC Clearance. Applications close 6pm on Tuesday 18th Nov. As An Enterprise Architect You Will Identify and prioritise changes to enable swift and effective delivery. Lead cross‑cutting capabilities that facilitate organisational change. Own and develop the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps, encompassing current, future, and transitional states. Consult and support collaboration across various business units. Understand and manage the organisation's ecosystem and its interdependencies. Guide strategic decisions across all architectural domains, portfolios, and programmes. Establish and enforce architectural principles, policies, and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture strategy. Develop and nurture the architecture community. Conduct horizon scanning to identify and assess emerging trends and their potential impact. Skills And Experience Required For The Enterprise Architect Architecture Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, mediate complex discussions, and gain support for high‑risk initiatives. Making Architectural Decisions: Guide high‑risk, complex architectural decisions, address risks, and lead architectural governance. Enterprise Architecture: Design architectures that align with organisational objectives, influence structures, technology, and processes. Problem Definition and Shaping: Lead the framing of complex problems, coach others in defining problems, and identify opportunities for solutions.
