About Our Nursery The Busy Bees Oxford nursery is rated Good by Ofsted, with a capacity of 110 children. It features a large secure on‑site car park and excellent bus links, plus free parking for staff. Expectations Ensure educational strategies and practices are consistent across multiple rooms. Lead the planning and delivery of activities, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse needs. Mentor and develop Room Leaders, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team. Oversee children’s wellbeing and safeguarding, making necessary adaptations for additional needs. Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of their child’s development. Maintain compliance with health, safety and safeguarding protocols. Ideal Candidate Level 3 qualification or above in early years education. Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience, ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills. Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
