Customer Team Member Location: 4 Monument Close Essex Street, Newbury, RG14 6QW Pay: £12.60 per hour Contract: 12‑24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview Full, paid training provided You can apply for this role using your mobile device (no CV needed) You must be aged 18 or over to apply for this role as it may involve either, working before 6am or after 10pm, or some other business‑related needs. Work together to make everyone's day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members. Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be. Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
