What You’ll Do : Lead & Deliver : Guide EC&I engineering teams in delivering innovative solutions for complex projects. Plan & Prioritize : Shape project plans, prioritizing Health & Safety and Environmental standards. Design Reviews : Act as Lead Engineer, overseeing design reviews, technical discussions, and formal evaluations. Support & Collaborate : Provide expert advice, supporting both staff and clients through technical challenges. Mentor & Motivate : Mentor team members, set objectives, and foster a collaborative work environment. Optimize : Ensure projects stay on budget and aligned with schedules, working closely with Project Managers. Client Liaison : Serve as the primary technical contact, coordinating with clients throughout each project. Leadership Skills : Proven abilities in leading teams, managing project complexities, and driving continuous improvement. Qualifications : Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering; advanced degrees are a plus. Bonus Skills : Lab Facility Design : Experience with laboratory facilities and nuclear systems. Electrical Distribution : Expertise in HV / LV electrical systems and modular building projects.
