Day-to-day, you will be working within a team who work with the latest innovations, providing solutions to complex problems.Essential Experience:A good understanding of national security expectations and personal security behavioursExcellent self and cultural awareness with a flexible and adaptable attitudeThe ability to translate between different and conflicting culturesPrevious experience working in a collaborative and mission focused team with the ability to work in demanding real-time operational mission environmentsA good awareness of digital technology, cyber security and UK cyber strategyThe ability to be proactive and take carefully judged initiatives at the right momentsDesirable Experience:Previous experience of working in a national security environment/cultureDefence experience or experience of working in cultures driven by mission focus and expertisePrior experience of cyber operationsAbility to understand synthetic environments, modelling and simulationPrevious war gaming experienceQualifications:We value difference and we don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience and willingness to learn then we would like to hear from you.This role is 37 hours per week based at our Malvern site and is fully on-site. Travel to other sites will be required.
