What You'll Be Doing Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement We’re Seeking Someone Who Is Warm, approachable, and brimming with positivity Organised, reliable, and confident in planning events Creative, enthusiastic, and able to motivate others Passionate about improving the lives of older people Able to work flexibly across some evenings and weekends Previous experience in a care or activity setting is a bonus, but we’re just as interested in your personality and values Working at Marton Care Homes Means being part of something special.
