Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Peasedown St John, Bath (BA2)Location: Bath, BA2 (Just a 2min Walk from the Meeting Place Coffee Shop in Bath)Pay Rate: £12.83 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shiftHours: Full-Time or Part-TimeShifts Available:Early: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMLate: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PMDay: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM / 8:00 AM – 6:30 PMSleep-In: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AMDriver Requirement: Auto-friendly licence essentialWho Will You Be Supporting?You’ll be supporting six individuals (five gentlemen and one lady), aged between their 20s and 60s, each living in their own self-contained flat within a shared supported living setting.The people you’ll support live with a range of conditions including:AutismLearning disabilitiesCerebral palsyEpilepsyBehaviours of distress (three individuals have PBS plans in place)Support is provided on a minimum 1:1 basis, with no core shared support, meaning your role will be highly personalised and relationship-focused.What Are Their Interests?This is a dynamic and sociable group who love to stay active and engaged. Their interests include:Walking, bowling, and archeryPlane spotting and going out for dinnerMusic sessions, singing, and musicalsSpending time with friends and staffCooking (with supervision), cleaning, and getting involved in daily routinesThey enjoy building relationships with new people and thrive on encouragement, structure, and meaningful engagement.
