Foot Mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer A leading Hard FM contractor currently has a key requirement for a Foot mobile Building Services Maintenance Engineer for commercial offices in London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamping, small plumbing repairs and other reactive work. Responsibilities Service and maintenance of BMS front end systems. Carry out regular PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant. Complete breakdowns on electrical systems and mechanical plant. Fault find and repair electrical systems and mechanical plant. Be based on a site in Central London. Requirements Can be mechanical or electrical biased. Have experience in PPMs on electrical systems and mechanical plant. Have fault finding and repair experience on electrical systems and mechanical plant. Should have experience with client-facing roles and good relationship‑building skills. Be within an easy commute to Central London. Compensation Up to £39,000 basic + travel card zones 1‑6 (reimbursed monthly through expenses) + holiday + benefits.
