Branch Manager Join Our Team as a Branch Manager at Fox & Sons - Connells Group in Crewkerne Overview – Why Join Us We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team at Fox & Sons. As a Branch Manager, you'll oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This includes leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. You'll also be actively involved in listing properties and maintaining strong relationships with clients. What We're Looking For Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry Strong leadership and people management skills Exceptional customer care/service experience Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hold a Full UK driving license.
