Factory Operative – Temporary – Droitwich – £12.21–£13.00 per hour (depending on shift and day) Pure Staff Ltd is currently recruiting for multiple Factory Operatives for our client in Droitwich. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process. Our client is a major distributor of dairy products across the UK. You will be working in a chilled environment, supporting operations within logistics, distribution, and supply chain. Your role as a Factory Operative Picking and packing orders into designated areas Moving empty trolleys for restocking Relocating stock within the warehouse Labeling orders accurately for dispatch Quality checking products Flexibility to work across different sections as needed Working collaboratively as part of a team Requirements Ability to work in a chilled environment Physically fit and capable of manual handling Reliable and punctual Available to work flexible shifts across the week Previous warehouse or production experience desirable Pay & Shifts Choose your preferred shift and working days (Monday to Sunday): 06:00-15:00 £12.21 per hour (Mon-Fri) £12.58 per hour (Saturday) £13.00 per hour (Sunday) 15:00-00:00 £12.21 per hour (Mon-Fri) £12.58 per hour (Saturday) £13.00 per hour (Sunday) What’s in it for you?
