Production Coordinator

As Production Coordinator you will work closely with the Production Manager and alongside editorial colleagues, playing a vital role in the smooth running of all aspects of production, while supporting the delivery of content within operational, financial and legal parameters. Role Responsibilities will include: Assist the Production Manager in the setting up of production shoots To process financial expenses, purchase orders, invoices Complete background checks and DBS checks Creating, managing and distributing callsheets Set up accurate systems for recording and tracking information such as contributor filming hours Under the guidance of the Production Manager be able to set up the production as Albert Certified An awareness of GDPR and how to manage/store sensitive personal data Be a key point of contact for the production team Set up location requirements liaising with all relevant bodies regarding permissions, permits and other logistical factors. To book hotel and travel arrangements for cast, production team and crew Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking an experienced, highly organised Production Coordinator with strong budgeting skills and ideally at least three production credits. You should be comfortable working on location – a full driving licence is essential. You will act as a chaperone for children on set, so prior experience working with children is an advantage. Confidence using Albert, Soundmouse and Silvermouse software would also be beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
