Sheridan Maine is pleased to be partnering with a respected and long-standing organisation in Berkshire to recruit a Treasury Controller. This is a key appointment within the finance team, where you’ll take the lead in treasury accounting and reporting while driving best practice across the function. Responsibilities Lead and support a small team managing and reporting on treasury transactions. Ensure accurate accounting of debt, intercompany loans, and other treasury-related activity within the Treasury Management System. Prepare and review cash flow, debt, and interest forecasts, providing clear analysis and explanations for variances. Oversee the production of treasury-related financial statements in line with accounting standards. Take ownership of the Group Treasury annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring timely monthly reporting. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors, providing required documentation and support. Requirements Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA). Strong knowledge of IFRS and treasury accounting. Previous experience working within a larger or group environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain complex financial information. Confident communicator, able to work collaboratively with auditors and other finance teams.
